Thanks for visiting our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with the delivery of a service you requested for, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an unsatisfactory service to log complaint on a such service. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  2. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • Jobs cancellations can be performed, when eligible. This can only be requested within 24 hours of project commencement.
  • Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation to our payment policy. Doing so may get your account temporarily disabled to investigate possible security violations. Note: once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.
  • Makemax reserves the right to cancel orders or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
  • We shall carry out revisions to deliveries based on order agreement and customer care. Including no revisions.
  • Revisions can only be requested within 14 days of delivery acceptance.
  • Requesting to gain more services beyond the agreed requirements is not allowed. Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered if the service was rendered as described in the order page.
  • If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment).
